Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it's on its way.

Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 5-10 business days after your order ships. Some specialty items may take slightly longer, which will be noted on the product page.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions, which will be shown at checkout when active.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please reach out through our Contact page before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away.
