Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During busy or peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on where an item ships from. Items fulfilled from a US-based warehouse typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Items sourced internationally typically arrive within 10-15 business days after processing.

 

On average, most orders arrive within about 8-12 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

 

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days (US orders) or 60 days (international orders) of your tracking number being issued, please contact us at businesstreyh@gmail.com and we will make it right with a reshipment or a full refund.
